Visit our online returns portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

Prepare the Package

Carefully roll your mat and place it back in its original protective packaging to ensure it remains clean and undamaged during transit.

Attach Shipping Label

Download and print the prepaid shipping label provided via email, then securely affix it to the outside of your package.

Drop Off and Refund

Hand your package to the designated carrier; once our warehouse inspects the item, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
