The Judo Foam Puzzle Mat is safety certified and meets all government toxicity requirements (lead-free and latex-free). Built from high density EVA foam, these mats provide durability, flexibility, and comfort for martial arts training. With a 45-degree shore hardness and a density of 120kg/m², they deliver excellent resilience and shock absorption.

Our interlocking foam mats are waterproof, fully reversible, and include all edge borders for a clean finish. The durable surface prevents strains while maintaining flexibility, making them a reliable choice for long-term use. Each mat measures 40mm (+/- 2mm @ 21°C/70°F) thick and 3’3” x 3’3” (11 sq. ft.), offering optimal coverage for dojos, gyms, and home setups.

These puzzle mats are ideal for Judo and ground-based martial arts, providing safe cushioning for throws, grappling, and tumbling. Thanks to their reversible design, you can create custom training areas or competition rings with ease. While perfect for groundwork, they are not recommended for stand-up combat sports involving heavy kicking, as they are intentionally softer to support safer landings.
