Usage Guidance

When to Use Heat vs Cold

Use cold therapy to manage swelling, inflammation, or acute pain; use heat to loosen tight muscles or reduce stiffness. The contrast mode alternates both for enhanced recovery benefits.

How It Helps

Alternating heat and cold helps regulate inflammation, reduce pain sensitivity, and support joint recovery and rehabilitation.

Operating Tips

• Before first use, plug in device to charge fully
• Clean and prepare the skin, then align the kneecap ring around your patella
• Adjust straps for a snug but comfortable fit
• Choose your therapy mode and let the device run; monitor comfort and discontinue if irritation occurs

Fit Adjustments

If it feels too large, attach minimizers to the existing strap loops; if it’s too small, use extenders provided.

Factory Reset

To reset, plug in the device and hold the power button for 10–12 seconds.
